To post jobs on or source talent from GoldPASS, you first need to create an account. Once you've registered, your account will be reviewed - this process should only take up to two business days.  Once your account is approved, you will be able to post opportunities.

Start by clicking on Post a Job from your account dashboard.  Or, click on Jobs in the left-hand naviagtion bar, and then select Create Job toward the upper- right-hand corner.

Tips: Open the position up to a variety of majors, this will help ensure you get a larger pool of applicants. In the Work Authorizations considered for this position field, select all levels that apply.

Editing your job posting while it is active and already approved will not reset your job or need to be approved again.  Edits will be reflected immediately.

GoldPASS is reserved for professional opportunities that enhance the career development of our students and alumni, and align with the majors offered at the University of Minnesota.  Opportunites can be full-time entry-level,  full-time experienced, part-time, internships, volunteer, summer jobs, and more.

All opportunities are vetted by Career Services professionals at the U of M. Our policy is to review opportunities in 2 business days, however this may be longer during heavy recruiting seasons.

Opportunities can be posted for up to 60 days. After 60 days you can repost your opportunity for an additional 60 days, if needed.
